FLOW aims to grow a strong network of British waterwomen, the 'UK Connections', many of whom juggle their passion for watersports with careers/family/social lives and various other commitments. The main purpose of the British based Flow Riders is to further showcase waterwomen of all levels, generate a platform for us to learn and communicate, and encourage more women onto the water, more of the time.

The 'Worldwide Inspirations' will run alongside this, consisting of professional waterwomen and those based farther afield, all of whom have an extensive knowledge of all things water.
