Go with the FLOW: Cape Verde UPDATE

Hi Ladies and Happy New Year!
We have had to modify the Cape Verde clinic sadly due to lack of confirmed numbers Nayra Alonso will not be able to run a clinic. However the aim of the event was to gather together a group of like minded females on the water to push each other and to have fun. So we will still run a ‘flow gathering’ 12th – 18th March in Cape Verde. I will make sure that we get to make the most of the conditions each day so the program will remain the same sailing, SUPing or Surfing depending on what looks best. We will still offer morning Yoga and have video sessions that we can review each evening. I will be on the water to pass on knowledge I’ve learnt from the waves whilst living here and we’ll have some advanced RYA instructors who live and sail here to offer professional tips.
This will be an informal gathering of ladies out there to have fun. There will be no need to make any deposits I will organize all accommodation with transfers in the best part of town for windsurfing. The cost of the vehicle hire and fuel will depend on how many come over but we will split the cost between everyone. Kit rental I can also sort out if you need this. All costs except the flight can be paid when you get here.
Cape Verde is a great place for some water time and a holiday so if you’re in need of a trip and fancy coming over let me know so I can make arrangements for you. You’re obviously everyone is welcome to get in touch with me at any time if you can’t make it during this week.
