A host of female windsurfing health professionals, from physiotherapists and sports psychologists, to personal trainers and yoga instructors, share their knowledge and expertise with FLOW. Nutrition contains nutritional advice, ideas and recipes, including general diet, before and after exercising, gaining strength and losing weight.
